Function :
- Provide an effective method of maintaining the ingress protection level of equipment when properly installed within an installation.
Features :
- Known as Vibration Proof Washers.
- Unique feature of serrations on internal surfaces.
- Ready to fit washer to sustain preload and avoid loosening.
- Act as an anti-vibration device to prevent the cable gland or other cable entry device and locknut.
- When final flattening of the safety washer occurs with tightening of the screw, these serrations bite into the mating faces.
- Excellent pretensioning.
- Also available with external teeth for cable glands.
