Aluminium Forged Cable Lugs
Aluminum Forged Cable Lugs are manufactured from highly conductive aluminium rod, tube, aluminium forging and other aluminium material composition. Aluminium Forging provides an integral moisture block. The lugs utilize the patented universal range taking shear bolts. Termination on cable Lugs can be jointed using simple hand tools. Aluminium Forged Type Mechanical Lugs have been short circuit tested. Aluminium Forged Cable Lugs are available as per DIN 46329.

- E-Copper, Aluminium, High Conductivity Copper to EN 12735, Copper BS 4579 Part 3, PVC, High Conductivity Aluminium Tube.

Aluminium Forged Cable Lugs Finishing and Coating:
- Natural, Nickel Plated, Tin Plated Brass, Electro-Tin, Chrome or any coating as per customer requirements.
Aluminium Forged Cable Lugs Application:
- Used for terminating Al cable and switching to Cu Rod in electrical circuit of device.
- For termination of Solid Cored Conductors.
- Designed as a practical alternative to crimping or sweating methods.
- Suitable for outdoor use as the palm ends are sealed.
- Used with metals and thermoplastics in a wide variety of applications.
